one bowl banana chocolate chip bread loaf | one bowl banana chocolate chip bread recipe | one bowl cake recipes

One bowl cooking or one bowl baking is always simple yet time-saving. Baking makes me happy at the same time the word baking itself makes me think to create new all the time. Though I have posted banana-chocolate combination recipes, this one bowl bread loaf is different from those. Ripen bananas gives a sweet taste so you can reduce the sugar quantity which is also good for health.
In fact, these days I`m avoiding sugar in baking most of the times when the recipe is folded with bananas. I have used low-calorie ingredients like wheat flour, olive oil and cream for the first time. The cream is the key ingredient which gives a nice soft texture and rich taste too and if available use sour cream, but I went with creme de Leite (Italac brand) which contains 17% fat. Next time, try this version for a change and don`t forget to share your comments.😇

bananas ripen-3
olive oil-1/2 cup
 sugar-1/2 cup
 vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
cream de Leite -1/2 cup
baking powder-1 teaspoon
 salt-1/2 teaspoon
 baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
 flour-1 1/2 cup
chocolate chips -1/2 cup
Mash bananas in a bowl, add eggs, olive oil, sugar, vanilla essence and mix well. Add cream and mix gently.
Now add baking powder, salt, baking soda, flour and mix well.
Add chocolate chips and stir well. Preheat oven to 200-degree centigrade. Now take a loaf pan, grease with oil, dust with flour.
Pour the batter, arrange some banana slices and chocolate chips nicely and bake for 30-40 minutes until the bread turns into light brown in colour on top.
Check it out with a toothpick, by inserting into the bread. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means the bread is baked perfectly so turned off the oven and rest the bread loaf at room temperature for 10-15 minutes and then refrigerate.
Serve with hot milk or a mug of coffee.
