Strawberries are one of the amazing fruits which help to create wonderful desserts in minutes. Though, I like baking also prefers to create easy desserts that too without any cooking involvement. Strawberries and Mangoes are the fruits which motivate me to try something every time so this time using leftover cake tried this dessert called trifle.
I was confused to give a proper name to the recipe because desserts called parfait, trifle, pudding are almost the same in the method of preparation with a slight difference. Finally, felt trifle name may suit perfectly. All the ingredients are easily available and may need 10-15 minutes of time to make this dessert so next time when you bought berries try it out and enjoy a chilled glass.

Creamy Strawberry Banana Trifle

strawberries-10 big size
condensed milk-1/3 cup
cream cheese -1/2 cup
vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
cream-1/2 cup
digestive/wheat biscuits-10
store-bought chantilly cream-as needed 
Leftover sponge/vanilla cake crumbled-1 cup

wash and chop strawberries into small pieces. Add condensed milk, mix and rest it for 10 minutes.
Take cream cheese in a bowl, add vanilla essence, cream, condensed milk and mix well into a fine creamy mixture.
Crumble the leftover cake and also crumble the biscuits into a coarse powder. (*I forgotten about biscuits,😜) keep the ingredients ready to assemble the trifle. 
Now take tall size serving glasses, spread the crumbled cake, press gently, on top add cream cheese mixture, then add crumbled biscuits and chantilly cream finally. Repeat this layers until the glass is filled. Decorate with colour Sprinkles, refrigerate for some time and serve chilled.
