south indian style mutton masala | home style mutton masala | easy mutton gravy recipes | mutton dishes

There are so many methods/recipes to cook lamb meat and  I felt this is one of the easiest methods to try. Usually, I prefer to cook in one pot method but there are two steps in this recipe first, we need to cook pressure cook the meat then sauteing with other ingredients. The curry is thick in consistency if you want a gravy version can add some more water.
I used store bought tomato puree which gave a bright colour or you can grind 2-3 tomatoes and use it while cooking. Also, remember that goat meat long time to cook more than the lamb meat so keeping this in mind, cook on medium flame without burning. Next time try this curry and with white rice and chapati too.
