One pot dishes are easy to cook which saves time and energy always. This spicy spinach mutton gravy also comes in that category and tastes so good with hot steaming white rice. Both of my sons like lamb meat so twice in a week, I cook different curries for them. Spinach and mutton /chicken combination workouts very well which make the dishes tasty and also it's healthy too.

Add less water for a thick gravy and cooking time may different which is depended on meat quality. Because lamb meat is tender which takes less time to cook whereas goat meat takes a long time so be careful while cooking and always cook in medium flame. mutton -300 grams
 spinach-1 bunch
 onions-2 medium size
tomatoes-1 big size
 oil-1/4 cup
ginger garlic paste -1 tablespoon
 red chilli powder-2 teaspoons
 salt-1 teaspoon
 turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
coriander powder-1 teaspoon
 garam masala-1 teaspoon
Kasuri methi-1 teaspoon
 coriander leaves -few
whole garam masala ingredients
Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
Black cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
Bay leaf-1 no
Cinnamon stick-2" stick
Star anise-1 flower
Dry red chilli-1 no
Wash mutton twice and keep aside. Chop spinach, wash and keep aside. Chop onions, tomatoes.
Heat a pressure cooker with oil. Add in whole garam masala ingredients, saute for half a minute.
Then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry in medium flame. Add tomato and fry again for a minute.
Now add washed mutton, stir everything. After 5 minutes add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well. add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for an hour on medium flame.
Turn off and check out the meat is tender or not. Finally add garam masala, kasoori methi, coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
