baked lemon garlic chicken thighs | oven-baked garlic lemon chicken legs | baked lemon garlic chicken drumsticks

Baking chicken is healthy at the same time tastes good too. I prefer big size chicken thighs to bake mostly  and this is the recent dish which I have baked on Sunday for lunch. Depending on the thigh piece size the oven time may varies also the temperature which you set in  the oven while baking.
As per my idea I tried this and it came out so nice too. I have used lemon and garlic as main ingredients in the recipe and like I imagined the chicken tasted good with garlic flavor. Overall it’s a nice recipe to try if you love chicken.

ground garlic- 2 tablespoons
garlic sauce- 2 tablespoons
lemon pieces-2 no
oil- 2 tablespoons
salt- to taste
black pepper powder- 1 tablespoon
oregano- 2 tablespoons
big  chicken thigh piece (s) - 1 or 2
In a bowl or vessel, take freshly ground garlic, garlic sauce, lemon pieces, oil, salt, black pepper powder, oregano and mix well.
Add chicken thigh piece (s) rub the spices to chicken legs and rest for overnight.
Preheat oven at 200-degree centigrade, line aluminium foil in a baking tin and keep aside.
Now heat a non-stick pan, add oil. When the oil is hot, place the chicken, fry in a medium flame on two sides for 10-15 minutes.
Place this chicken in the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes on each side. 
Each oven is different in settings, also depending on the chicken thigh sizes the time may vary. So, keep an eye all the time. Overall, it may take around 50-60 minutes of time to bake perfectly.
