Rice is an Important meal for we Indians. I often cook different one-pot meals instead of serving regular white rice. But more than white, Brown rice is our favourite which is also healthy and light in calories when compares to white rice. So, here is the tasty yet easy one-pot meal recipe with lots of vegetables and brown rice.
It`s hard to eat plain brown rice so cooking fried rice like this is a good idea which makes the lunch satisfying. Use butter for frying the veggies and chop the vegetables finely in equal sizes for even cooking. Overall, serve hot with curd or raita.

WHAT YOU NEED
unsalted butter- 2 tablespoons
onions-1/3 cup
garlic pieces-2 teaspoon
french beans-1/3 cup
carrot-1/3 cup
broccoli florets-1/3 cup
green peas -1/3 cup
black pepper powder-1 teaspoon
soya sauce-1 teaspoon
garlic sauce-1 teaspoon
brown rice - 2 cups
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non-stick vessel, add butter. When the butter is warm, add finely chopped onions, garlic pieces, french beans, carrot, broccoli florets, green peas and saute well. 
Add salt, cook for 10 minutes in low flame until the veggies turn soft. Then add black pepper powder,  soya sauce, garlic sauce and mix well. After 5 minutes add rice and stir gently. Cook for 10 minutes with a lid on top on low flame and turn off. Serve hot with curd or raita.
