We can see lots of varieties of chocolate cakes recipes with different ingredients and quantities. At the same time, there will be a difference in the cake texture, taste as per the ingredients quantities. This is one of the easiest yet delicious chocolate cake recipe which I have baked.
It`s easy to remember the ingredients quantities in this recipe and the frosting recipe also quite easy to make within minutes. Follow the method and try it next time if you like chocolate cakes. Don`t forget to share your pictures or comments when you give a try.

2 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of water
4 eggs
1 cup o unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon coffee powder (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
In a mixing bowl, take normal drinking water, add eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla essence, coffee powder and mix well everything.
Now add the dry ingredients-flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa and mix well. Take a baking pan, line parchment paper, grease it with oil or butter.
Pour the batter and bake for 40 minutes at 180-degree centigrade. Check it out with a toothpick if it comes out clean cake is ready. If it sticky bake for 10 more minutes. When the cake is done turn off and let it rest in room temperature.
Frosting recipe:
Another side, In double boiler method, melts chocolate in a bowl, add  1/2 cup of cream (creme de leite) and stir gently. 
Slice the cake into two halves, frost well and cover with another cake slice. Frost the complete cake and refrigerate for sometime before serving. I also used chocolate buttercream to decorate the cake.
