EGG LESS BUTTER LESS PUMPKIN COCONUT HONEY CUP CAKES/MY OWN/WEDDING DAY CELEBRATION

Hi..............friends..How are you all..........i was busy from last two days(sat&sun)..I did n`t checked any of your spaces and lovely recipes...............just feeling like missing something from heart......I will catch you all soon..



Coming to the title i would like to share a happy moments with you all........Today is our wedding anniversary..............And this our 4th one............How soon the days gone..I just can`t believe it..

A very bold and naughty girl who married a soft and silent nature person..(completely opposite )

and came to brasil before 4years and she was blessed with 2 wonderful and awesome boys......(That`s me.........Oh..my god)...............

Marriage is a such a relationship which bonds with a powerful love..........And i feel like iam the luckiest girl(of course..every one`s feeling) because of having a loving and caring husband.....

So,I hope you all wish us with your best wishes and blesses.......Thank you so much........Love you all.......


Actually I was busy with kids so, just i prepared these cup cakes..And Completely it`s my own recipe..........and so iam very very happy it gave a good result...........So,please check out the recipe and share the feelings and opinions of you all..........
Ingredients

pumpkin puree or paste-1cup
honey-1/2cup
descicated coconut powder-1cup
milk-1/2cup
baking powder-1tsp
baking soda-1tsp
all purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
vanilla essence-1tsp
olive oil-1/2cup

Preparation

In a mixing bowl add in milk,honey ,oil and vanilla ........mix well.

In other bowl add pumpkin paste,coconut powder,baking powder and soda......mix well......

Now combine this both and mix well......No need to beat it...

Apply some butter or oil to the muffins and bake for 30 minutes.......

Keep an eye after it gets a light golden colour on top or when it giving a nice aroma(YES..the smell of the cakes was flavourful..

But mine took almost 40 minutes(waiting eagerly to eat)

That`it guys...let it cool for some time and serve

Decorate as per your choice..

I just applied ducle de leche on top and little bit of coconut powder..
