BAKING TIME-30 MINUTES
YIELDS-12 CUP CAKES
INGREDIENTS
BANANA-2
PEANUT BUTTER-1/4cup
WHEAT FLOUR-1 2/3cup
BROWN SUGAR-1/2cup
OLIVE OIL-1/2cup
SALT-1/4tsp
EGGS-2
CHOCOLATE CHIPS-3/4cup
VANILLA ESSENCE-1/2tsp
BAKING POWDER-1tsp
BAKING SODA-1tsp
DULCE DE LECHE-TO DECORATE(OPT)
HOW TO MAKE
Preheat oven to 180c..
Mix wet ings one by one...
Next mix dry ings one by one in a bowl..
Combine both ings and give a good stir......
Line muffin tray with paper liners and tip the batter til 3/4th....
Bake for 25-30 minutes..check out after 30 minutes and cool for some time.....
Pipe some dulce de leche on top and add few colour sprinkles......
You can`t stop with 1 or 2.......A perfect Recipe to celebrate the lovers day........Run into kitchen n strt d procedure......Serve to your loved ones......
MY NOTES
Replace brown sugar with white sugar and olive oil with butter......
Can bake it like loaf too...(i tried once and it came out perfectly)
