ROASTED CHANA DAL POWDERL LADDU/PUTNALA PODI LADDU/LADDU USING MILK NOT GHEE

 I have few packets of roasted chanadal in cup board.Few days back I tried some laddus using jaggery and also posted in Blog..Today Iam posting another laddu recipe of roasted chanadal with little bit variation..It`s very easy to make these laddus and also healthy too....I used milk to make them into round shape.But you can replace it with ghee..It`s your choice..Try these next time...

WHAT YOU NEED

Putnalu/roasted chanadal/Dalia-1 1/2cup
Sugar-3/4-1 cup(depend on your taste)
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
roasted cashews or almonds-few/optional
Ghee or Milk(I used milk)
Boiled Milk-3-4 tsps


HOW TO MAKE

Grind ROASTED CHANA DAL into fine powder n keep aside..Mix sugar n cardamom powder and grind this too..

Now in a bowl take ROASTED CHANA DAL powder and add sugar..Mix well to combine..

By adding warm milk make laddus and set aside..Don`t pour milk once..Use a tea spoon  each time.

Hardly you need just 3-4 tsps of milk..But be careful while adding milk..other wise it turns like a lump..

If you want press a cashew on top of the laddu and serve..
