NO BAKE/NO COOK/NO GELATIN CHOCOLATE COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE/NO BAKE HOME MADE PANEER CHOCOLATE CAKE/Mahas OWN RECIPES

This is an innovative cheese cake made with home made cheese which is commonly called as paneer or cottage cheese. It is a recipe which I tried completely according to my idea so it`s a very own recipe of mine. I tried this for our wedding anniversary,was curious about the result but resulted a very good cheese cake with perfect texture..
Don`t compromise with sugar and butter quantities,for the best taste cheese cake you must add the ingredients in perfect quantities.You can use store bought ricotta cheese or just boil milk,break milk using lemon juice or curd,sieve the paneer and use for the recipe later.But make sure that the paneer is completely dry not watery..better you serve plain cheese cake instead of decorating it..or just pour some friut sauce or arrange fruit slices..Try this and serve chilled ..

I used pure home made paneer/ricotta cheese  here and the cake was so rich in taste.I used Bitter chocolate and whipped cream also.So,Diet people and health conscious persons please stay away.If you tempted with the cake I can`t do any thing{Kidding.Try once.;)}..This is for True dessert lovers.. CATEGORY-NO BAKING/NO COOKING/CHEESE CAKE/CHOCOLATE
PREPARATION TIME-30 MINUTES
REFRIGERATING TIME-5-8 HRS (AT LEAST 2HRS)
WHAT YOU NEED
Bitter chocolate-200 grams
Home made Paneer or store bought ricotta cheese-250 grams
Whipping Cream-200 grams
chocolate syrup-1 table spoon (opt)
Milk-2 table spoons(If need extra 1 tsp)
Any Digestive Biscuits-25-30
Butter-1/2 cup
sugar-2 table spoons
sweet balls/sprinkles-few(opt)

HOW TO MAKE
Break biscuits and grind into a  coarse powder.Use removable plated cake tin for this cheese cake..
Mix the powdered biscuits with butter and sugar and press it in the cake tin...Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Crumble paneer/cheese and grind into fine paste.set aside this..Now whip the cream using beater machine and divide into two  parts with same quantity..In the double boiler method melt the broken chocolate into fine liq consistency by adding milk..Now add half of the paneer to the one part of the whipped cream and give a good mix.To remaining whipped cream add melted chocolate+remaining paneer and mix well.Now in  the cake tin add chocolate cream  mix and spread evenly..On top of the chocolate layer add Paneer+ cream Mix and spread it into fine layer..tap tin on base to avoid air bubbles.Pour some chocolate syrup if you like and decorate as per your thoughts...I wrote a heart shape n 5th SHIVA HONEY...Refrigerate it for 4-5 hrs then slice n serve.

MAHAS NOTES
I used complete 200 grams of chocolate n NO cocoa powder..
I used pure home made paneer and used directly into the recipe..
I used little bit  less butter..But for the beautiful crust you need  big amount of butter...
It`s better to don`t add any syrups..I was upset after adding syrup on top of the cake..
Change the layers/ arrange choco layer on top.
It was difficult to arrange the sweet sprinkles on top of the cake.You can see in the pic how they are diluting.so,It`s better to don`t use.:(
Add vanilla essence in the melted chocolate if you like..;)
