PALAK PANEER/PANEER IN SPINACH GRAVY/COTTAGE CHEESE IN SPINACH GRAVY

Palak paneer is the bestest  gravy in paneer dishes.Don`t know??How I missed posting this delicious recipe in Mahaslovelyhome...Any how, today Iam very happy to share this with you all..Greens are very healthy n to balance the high calories of paneer palak is the best combination..
This gravy tastes best with rotis and parathas..I added both milk and yogurt.. You can use any one of them...Also,add fresh spinach paste, not frozen spinach...Grinding onion n tomato is better than using chopped pieces in making gravy. In this I used onion tomato puree which is cooked first n palak puree n boiled paneer..So,you don`t  need to cook the gravy for a long time, other wise we may lose all the protiens..So,cook carefully and enjoy...Now,off to the recipe....
