Egg less Avocado toasted coconut ice cream/Simple home made egg free sugar free avocado coconut ice cream/step by step pictures


Of..course Ice creams are every one`s favorite..If they are eggless,sugar less and prepared with fresh,pure ingredients can any reject them??No way.... After started trying home made ice creams I stopped buying store bought boxes.yes..It`s true...Believe me...When we can make this kind pf healthy,easy ice creams with simple ingredients which are easily available,then why need to buy waste money for store  bought calories loaded ice creams tin.Am I right?? avocados and strawberries are perfectly suits to create different combination ice creams I feel.Strawberry peanut ice cream is the best example which I created long time back..Recently, I bought again few avocados and when Iam thinking to use,remembered ice creams category and after searching fridge got a toasted coconut packet..By mixing both with some condensed milk prepared this..It is very soft amd creamy in texture and you can add some cocoa to make it chocolate avocado ice cream..I tried few more combination,so soon will share another egg less ice creams of avocado too.and now,try this if you are are a ice cream lover/avocado lover..

PREPARATION TIME- 30 MINUTES
FREEZING TIME- 5-6 HOURS



WHAT YOU NEED

Avocado pulp of half fruit-around 1/2 cup
toasted coconut flakes-1/4 cup
condensed milk-1/2 cup
milk-1/3 cup
vanilla essence-1 tsp

 HOW TO MAKE

Take all of the ingredients in blender and run mixy jar.

Scarp from sides and blend into smooth puree..

Take it into box and refrigerate it for 1 hour.Remove out and again blend it well.Do this one more time after one hour..,totally you are blending three times..It is minimum..

Blending avoids forming ice crystals in top of the ice cream.

Then freeze it for 6 hours at least and serve chilled..Add some fresh coconut flakes or chocolate shaves on top before serving. 

MAHAS NOTES

Here coconut dominated avocado color and it was the reason behind avocado pale color.

So,if you like avocado use it in huge quantity and decrease coconut 

or if you like coconut use it in more quantity and decrease avocado

replace condensed milk with white sugar..

use full cream milk or coconut milk if possible.
