INDIAN WHEAT STUFFED FLAT BREAD RECIPES | EASY DINNER IDEAS | HEALTHY BREAK FAST RECIPES



WHAT YOU NEED

All purpose flour (APF)-1 cup
Wheat flour-1 cup
salt-2 pinches
oil-1 tbsp

Beet root finely chopped - 1 cup
red chili powder- 1 tsp
salt-to taste
garam masala-1/2 tsp
chat masala-1/4 tsp
oil-1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste (GGP)- 1 tsp
cilantro leaves-few finely chopped

HOW TO COOK

Take flours in a bowl,add oil,salt and using water prepare soft dough ball.Rest it for 15-20 minutes..Grind beetroot into coarse pulp/mixture

Heat pan and add oil..saute beet root for 5 minutes and add all spice powders and mix well..

Cook for 2 minutes and add cilantro leaves and again mix..Cook for 5 more minutes in low flame..turn off.stuffing is ready now.

Take dough and knead once again..Divide into equal size balls and suing extra flour roll it little bit on chapathi board.

Place 2 tbsp of stuffing and carefully close by taking all edges in one place..Again carefully, slowly roll it using extra flour to minimum size and keep aside..Repeat the same process and finish the remaining dough.


Heat on tawa and using 2 tsp of oil per each paratha pan fry them both sides in medium flame...

Serve hot beet root parathas with pickle and curd...:)
