Oven Baked Almond Fritters - No Oil | Badam Nuts Pakora Without Oil | Chickpea Flour Snacks | Kids friendly healthy snacks


I know..I know .I have posted already 2 deep fried snacks recipes yesterday..Again posting another snack recipe..But,don`t worry..This time Iam sharing a simple snack recipe which completely oil free.Yes..It is a pure healthy and perfectly suits for any one,including people those who are doing diet...I told you few times that I don`t like to bake single cake or only one recipe.One day while baking a cake,my oven looked empty and to use gas and place in the oven,searched for ingredients in the fridge..Grabbed almonds cover,prepared besan flour batter and placed them in aluminum foil on pizza plate..Then baked for 25 minutes along with cake..Wow..It n`t that a smart idea?? In the single attempt finished baking cake and this fritters..I have impressed allot with this frittes,because these are oil less and very healthy for all..If your kids likes snacks and if they are avoiding nuts feed them in this style..You can any nuts like cashews,pistachio,walnuts,hazel nuts,brasil nuts etc...These are completely gluten free and guilt free nuts to enjoy in the evening time,raimy seasons or in the holidays..though I prepare healthy snacks,cakes and sweets,my kids are very stubborn and avoids all very strongly..Hmm..How unlucky Iam..I have seen some kids who loves to eat any thing without any fuss and noise..But,mothers feels lazy to cook for them..Such an interesting relations,god creates..Of course!! I know my boys still too small to welcome all kind foods,but I hope soon they start eating every thing with us...:)


CATEGORY- SIMPLE SPICY SNACKS/KIDS FRIENDLY SNACKS
PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 20-25 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

Chick pea flour-1 cup
almonds/badam- 1 cup
red chili powder-to taste
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
baking powder-1/4 tsp
baking soda-1/8 tsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp (optional)
oil-1/2 tbsp


HOW TO COOK

Sift flour in a bowl.add in all powders and mix well..

Throw almonds,oil and mix once again well..Preheat oven at 200 degree C.Take baking plate or pizza pan..place an aluminium foil and apply oil ..

Now put almonds on it with some gap in between almonds..Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Or until crispy and hard..The besan flour coat color should change into brown color.Turn off and serve hot with tea or milk.
