Eggless Wheat flour Mango Oats Pancakes | Quick and easy Mango Pancakes | Kids favorite Gluten free Mango Pancakes | How To Make Mango Pancakes Using Fresh Mango Pulp at Home


These are simple mango pancakes which are perfect on a weekend morning, and pretty easy. This gluten free pancakes are very healthy because here I used wheat flour,oats flour, and most of the important is egg less..
After trying out plenty of mango dessert recipes,I felt this pancakes also one of the best recipe of mango.

Coming to the details of the recipe,oats flour is nothing but oat meals which I ground into fine powder using mixy jar.So,you can do the same thing.Blend oats into powder and use in the recipe.or you can also replace oats flour with all purpose flour ie.,maida and also can use cardamom powder for flavor.Because of using oat flour need little bit much butter while frying other wise pancakes may stick to pan in the bottom.Also,don`t over mix the batter..In this I used my favorite cinnamon which is just an optional,so skip it if you don`t like.Along with all these the most important queen of the recipe is mango So,here I used fresh mango pulp,but you can use canned puree too if possible.

WHAT YOU NEED

Whole Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Oats Flour – 1/2 cup (or) all purpose flour-1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Fresh Mango Pulp – 3/4 to 1 cup
3% fat Milk – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp (optional)
white sugar – 1 tbsp
Butter – as required

HOW TO COOK


  • Combine wheat flour, oats flour, sugar,salt,cinnamon powder and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Pour milk and mango pulp and mix well to form a smooth batter without lumps. Do not over mix the batter. Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a non stick skillet or flat pan and pour 2 tsp butter.( Per each pancakes 1-2 tsp butter is required for good taste or its optional)
  • Pour around 1/2 cup of batter on to the griddle. Do not spread.
  • Cook on medium low heat for around 3-4 minutes until one side is done. You will see small bubbles appearing on top of the pancake when the first side is done. Flip over and cook the other side for another minute or two.
  • You can have these golden brown mango pancakes without any syrup as they are sweet. But you may go ahead and top it with Maple Syrup, Chocolate Syrup or any Syrup of your choice.
