WHAT YOU NEED
Bitter Sweet Chocolate-150 grams
sugar-1/2 cup (can use 3/4 cup)
vanilla -1 tea spoon
baking powder-1 tea spoon
wheat flour-3/4 cup
HOW TO BAKE
Preheat oven at 200 degree C.Grease oil or butter to the cake/brownie tin and keep ready.
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler method or in a microwave safe bowl.Then add in eggs,sugar,vanilla and using whisk mix well until sugar dissolves.
Add baking powder and wheat flour and gently stir to mix well.Pour this in prepared oven safe bowl/brownie tin and bake for 30 minutes.Check out with knife or tooth pick and turn off.Take it out cut into squares and let them cool on wire rack.Serve with hot milk.
