I was quite excited to post this recipe from the day when I took these pictures..Kulfi is an Indian popular frozen dairy dessert with very few ingredients.Basically it is originated in Mughal empire and also famous in countries like Sri lanka,Bangladesh,Nepal etc.
 Rose,Malai and Mango kulfis are quite popular which can available in many of the restaurants or road side ice cream shops..Milk,cream,saffron,cardamom powder and sugar are most common ingredients in kulfi making.Though it looks similar to ice cream it is denser and creamier in taste.
I have already posted mango kulfi recipe in blog lone time back but it was prepared using disposable glasses and the ingredients are different from this..If your family loves ice creams,you must need a kulfi mould to try varieties at home instead buying store bought packs.I used milk powder in this recipe which gives a soft,creamy texture and sweet taste in kulfi.

PREPARATION TIME- 20-25 MINUTES
FREEZING TIME- Over Night or 8 Hours
WHAT YOU NEED
Mango - 1 fruit
3 % fat Milk-1 cup (Boil and cool in room temperature )
Milk powder-1/2 cup
Whipping Cream-1/2 cup (20%fat )
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Green Cardamom powder-1/2 tea spoon 
Kulfi moulds box
HOW TO COOK
Keep the ingredients ready..Chop mango.Now in mix jar,blender take chopped mango ,milk,milk powder,cream,condensed milk,cardamom powder and blend for a minute until every thing mix and turns creamy...
Now pour in kulfi moulds an freeze over night...In the next day morning take out the mould tray and keep in under running tap water and remove the kulfis carefully. That`s it!!!delicious kulfi is ready to taste/serve........
