When I am thinking to bake a bread loaf with ripened bananas, got an idea to bake a pound cake loaf with bananas. So, this is the delicious bread loaf which is filled with nice butter flavour. Using fully ripened bananas gives a nice taste to the loaf and use brown sugar if possible. Because I feel, in banana bread baking brown sugar tastes great more than the white sugar.
In the final stage, if the batter looks too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and stir gently then bake it. Personally, I add less sugar in banana bread baking recipes because the ripened bananas are already too sweet in taste. So, depending on you/your family taste add the sugar and bake well. Overall, this banana pound cake is one of the best recipe to try and tastes wonderful with a hot cup of coffee.

PREPARATION TIME-10 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 40-45 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Bananas-3 ripen
Unsalted butter-1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Eggs-3
Baking powder-1 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
All-purpose flour
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Milk-1 tablespoon
 baking soda-1 teaspoon or 1 more teaspoon of baking powder
HOW TO BAKE
Preheat an oven to 180-degree centigrade.
In a mixing bowl, take bananas, butter, sugar and beat for a minute in low speed using hand beater.
Add eggs and beat for half a minute again. Then add baking powder, salt, flour, vanilla essence, milk and gently mix with a spatula.
Line a parchment paper in a baking loaf pan, pour the batter and tap cake tin to the floor to avoid air bubbles.
Place the cake tin into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Check out with a toothpick to confirm. if it is baked perfectly turn off the oven and rest in the room temperature.
