dates peanut laddu recipe | dates peanuts ladoo | dates peanut balls | sugar free sweets

These are the healthy ladoo which I have prepared using just three ingredients.  Dates are the key ingredient in this ladoo recipe and it doesn't need any cooking even. Sweet tooth peoples and kids love this laddu also these are healthy too.
Dates are my hubby favourite so he tends to buy always. When I am thinking about trying some recipes with dates got this laddu idea and tried out immediately. Try out these and enjoy.

WHAT YOU NEED
Dates-8-10
Peanuts-2 cups
Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non-stick pan, dry roast peanuts on low heat for 5 minutes. Let them cool then rub gently to remove the skin.
Then grind (half a minute) into a coarse powder. (don`t grind for a long time)
Grind dates into a coarse paste.
Now in a bowl, take ground dates, ground peanuts, add cardamom powder and mix finely.
Take a lemon size mixture and shape it like a ball. Do this with the remaining mixture and serve later. 
* You can apply clarified ghee to the palms before shaping the laddu.
